Payment Methods Available

Bank Transfer

When paying in advance via bank transfer, please transfer the total amount within seven calendar days.

  • Your items will be reserved during this period, starting from the date of your order confirmation.
  • If payment is received after this period, stock availability cannot be guaranteed. A prompt refund will be issued if the items are no longer available.

How to Pay via Bank Transfer:

  1. Select the bank transfer option at checkout and click "Buy."
  2. You will receive our bank details on the confirmation page and via email.
  3. After making the payment, email your payment confirmation to us for faster order processing.

Credit Card

Credit card payments are processed through our headquarters in the United States.

  • The total amount will be charged to your credit card at the time of purchase.

PayPal

After placing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page.

  • Log in to your PayPal account and select your preferred payment method to complete the transaction.

Coupon Code

Redeem your coupon code at checkout for instant savings.

  1. Enter the coupon code in the designated field.
  2. Click "Apply" to activate the discount.
  3. Ensure the discount is applied before completing your purchase.

Important: If you proceed to checkout without clicking "Apply," the coupon will not be activated.


OMTech Invoice (ONLY for Public Institutions)

Public institutions and authorities can place orders via invoice without advance payment.

Steps to Pay via Invoice:

  1. Place your order in our online shop and select "bank transfer" as the payment method.
  2. Notify us of your order via email: support@omtechlaser.au.
  3. We will verify your details and confirm the order within 48 hours. Shipping arrangements will follow.
  4. A PDF invoice will be sent to you via email.

Payment Terms: The invoice must be paid in full within 30 days of receiving the machine.

Fees and Charges for Payment Methods

International Transaction Fees (Credit Card)

  • Since credit card payments are processed through our headquarters in the United States, some credit card issuers may apply international transaction fees for cross-border payments.
  • These fees are charged by your credit card provider and are beyond OMTech’s control.
  • OMTech will not refund or cover these fees. Please confirm with your card issuer before completing your purchase.

Bank Transfer Fees

  • Bank transfers may incur additional charges due to the nature of international transactions. These charges may include:
    • Transfer fees: Applied by your bank or intermediary banks during the transaction process.
    • Currency conversion fees: If your payment currency differs from USD.
    • Receiving bank fees: Charged by OMTech’s bank in the United States for processing international payments.
  • OMTech does not have control over these fees and cannot refund them. We recommend consulting your bank to understand any potential costs before initiating a transfer.

Stock Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of payment.

  • If items are unavailable, prepayments will be promptly refunded.
